Avi+AAC+AC3

I have 2 AVIs, one with AC3 audio and the other with lc aac.
Both created with avimux gui. The video codec is WMV VCM.
When i load one or another with directshowsource and apply a trim..
I compress the video with megui, and the audio to wav with VDM and then to ogg, i mux them in MKV and the video and audio are out of sync.

I tried EnsureVBRMP3Sync but nothing.
I´m using v2.56 build oct 28/2005

Question is WHY?
Any solution?

do they play in sync before muxing to a mkv?

Yes the files play ok.
BTW: when i play the script in WMP6.4, it play with desync!
