can't install Xmpeg4.2a

I've Flaskmpeg 0.60 installed and I used that to encode my dvd's.
Lately I wanted to install Xmpeg4.2a to see how that work (without
removing Flaskmpeg), but it doens't want to install at all. When I try to install it I got a Swedish (or Norwegian or something like that) message which I can't read which explains why it can't be installed. Maybe some driver problem, I don't know.

It's not that the file is corrupted because I installed it without any problem on a 'similar' computer (where I didn't install another version of Flaskmpeg), both equipped with Win98.

Does this sound familiar to any of you ?

Thats is not swedish och norweigan, it´s probably Polish or some other eastern europe language.

It's probably albanian. Does anyone know an online translater?

There's no albanian in babylon. However there's one on:

But it doens't contain enough words to translate it :(

Ok, it was quite simple to get the translation. I looked into the file "albanian.lang.flask" and on line 418 I found (comparing it with "english.lang.flask":

What does the second part mean: ... or output plugins were found. What are output plugins ?

I think they made a mistake. Comparing it with the dutch translation the last part means:

"<...> or no output plugins were found. <...>"

I still don't understand it though.

Perhaps the plugin is really lost?
Try to install Xmpeg 4.1c instead, maybe there is something wrong with the 4.2a version you´ve downloaded, och try to download 4.2a from another site. I use both the 4.1c & 4.2a versions. 4.1c for 2-pass and 4.2a for 1-pass.
