Scooter, did you read my posts in DVD2SVCD advanced users forum ?

If so, can you help ?
I don't want to duplicate the post here, but it seems it might be finally more related to CCE than to DVD2SVCD.
It is about ripping PAL Interlaced DVD to two 800MB cds and obtaining 4, strangest thing being that the 1st CD contains 45 minutes video, but the three others only contain 15 minutes video (although the files are 800MB).
Deinterlacing with Vertical Reduction seems to work, but quality is not good enough.
I'd really like to keep the movie interlaced, but then I get these damn 4 Cds..and the movie is stuttering.
Did you ever experiment this kind of thing ?
I can provide more details about settings if you are interested.
