I have a document scanner which is a one side scanner only. Now, i need to scan double sided documents. I scan all the pages from one side and then turn over and scan the other side. I scan them in separate folders, naming one batch to A and the other to B, and scanner than numbers them. The second batch is reverseley numbered since it would be tedeious to flip each page for scanning the other side. So, now i have A1, B1, A2, B2 etc., and i would need to rename the files in such a way that B1 becomes A2, A2 becomes A3, B3 becomes B4 etc. Of course, tha naming scheme is completely irrelevant, important thing is that first file from B group comes after the first file in A group.
How would i do that? Could i make batch script or is there a program i could use?
