Strange problem with the DivX codecs

Hi to everybody.
I am using AutoGK with the new codec DivX 6.22.
When however I convert a file and I analyze it, the result tells that I have used the DivX 5.1.
The preceding codecs I have them removed; straight, VirtualDub sees the DivX 6.2.

Does someone know something? :confused: :confused:

MediaInfo always does that. MediaInfo hasn't been updated for a really long time, so it says Divx 5 for the FourCC DIVX when it is actually Divx 6.2.2. Ignore it. And if the program you're using isn't MediaInfo, then it probably has the same problem, check the date on that.

Then, despite is brought 5.1, the used codec it is 6.2?
I have tried to update Mediainfo but the problem it persists.

MediaInfo itsself hasn't been updated to the latest version, so you updating it to the latest version still won't help. Maybe try Gspot, that might have been updated.
