Can not see full vob from Encode software

I decrypted the VOB files without splitting,by DVD Decrypter, from DVD which looks good by my Mpeg player classic. But only first vob content,about 20 minutes, can be seen from my encoder software Mainconcept.Did somebody come with this before or have any idea of how-to

More than likely the timestamp is inaccurate. It's not uncommon for the time displayed to be only a portion of the .VOB, even if it's ripped completely. As a rule of thumb, it should be between 2 and 2.5GB per hour.

As for decoding,not specially,when I import vob file decrypted from DVD decrypter to Mainconcept which I apply to encode,it indicate only 20m

If you're using DVD Decrypter, just set it to rip via an ISO file. It will make sure any protection is removed first.
Afterwards mount the DVD and play the movie. If it works fine and if you need to get a specific VOB, use the same program to rip it.
