Error backing up "The Pianist"

I tried DVD Shrink and couldnt get it to work. I then used DVD Decrypter and got an I/O error. I have the error message attached.

I tried using DVD Fab but the bar just froze about 2/3 the way through and stopped working.

Has anyone been able to back this movie up? Could use some help, thanks!

This 2003 Universal release should be readily copyable by any one of the programs you've tried using.

Try cleaning the disc. If that doesn't resolve your problem, if possible, return it to the place of purchase in exchange for a new replacement...

BTW, is it only Disc 1 you're having this problem with?

Yes it is Disc 1. There arent many scratches (i did buy it used from Hollywood Video)....and I cleaned it and still gave me the same problem. I ran it with DVD Shrink and it gave me the DVD encryption error at 49%.

i did buy it used from Hollywood VideoHave them polish it for you. If that still doesn't resolve your problem, return it to them...
