I am wondering what mean option "Add CRC" in CCE. Should be turn on or off?

It means using CRC in the audio encoding. I wouldn't use CCE to encode the audio at any time.

Some Authoring programs (e.g. scenarist) wont accept MPEG audio without CRC data.
