There are no "right settings" - they will differ greatly depending on many factors, such as the source's framerate, graininess, whether or not it's interlaced or telecined, the resolution and file size you've selected, etc. I learned how to use Gordian Knot by running tests on different material, trying out resolutions and bitrates as well as filters and different settings within the codec.
You may also want to re-read the forum rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm), particularly #'s 8 and 12, as you have cross-posted this in the XviD forum here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=110387).

No...
1) A sample of the source is what would be needed to accurately determine what is needed to encode a file,
2) If you expect to do this on your own in the future, you should just go ahead and learn how yourself, or let AutoGK figure it out for you,
3) Even if someone would be willing to examine every file you posted, both now and in the future, their perception of what works best may not even suit you.

Hehe, I have no intention of downloading any of them.
As CWR03 points out, you've broken a number of rules so far. You can go back to videohelp.com if you like, with those kinds of questions, or you can actually do some reading and searching on this site for your answers. One answer is in the sticky with the collected guides, at the top of this forum:

I like Rita's site and guides.
