Hey folks, In summary my problem is adding multiple (3 or more) audio streams to a movie and simultaneously correcting audio synch problems.

In addition to following the instructions given by setarip_old here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=109724), I also followed the instructions given by CWRO3 here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=110271) to add a third audio stream to the file.

The problem I'm having here is that when I try to correct the audio synch problem and save the file, it only saves the first audio stream, and ignores the other audio streams. Is there a way to make vdub mass correct audio streams on a file? Or is there a way to correct the synch problems on each audio stream and then add them all to the same movie file?

thanks in anticipation

I just tried it myself with no troubles - did you enter into each audio track's interleaving settings and adjust the offsets the same?

yeah...I did. It works for two audio streams, but not for the third and fourth. The third and fourth streams were simply deleted from the saved file.

please advise

p.s. I used vdubmod to add the extra 2 audio streams to total @ 4 audio streams. I used Ndub to synchronize the first and second audio streams. There seemed to be no way to enable the third and fourth.

thanks again

Just use VirtualDubMod for the entire process - once you've added the extra streams (what the heck do you need four streams for? :)) just right-click the audio track and select Interleaving, which gives you the same screen for the settings as you would have under Nandub.

CWR03...you are the man! (or the lady, depending on your gender, of course)

thanks so much...I tried it like you described, and it worked like a charm. One video feed, four audio streams, one happy camper.

btw...I really don't need four audio streams, of the four, I speak and understand only one. Curiousity often gets the best of me, and I keep trying to learn a thing till I know how to do it.

Anyway, once again, thanks for the assistance.

Not a problem, in fact it may come in handy if you ever do a backup of the Lord of the Rings series, which I believe has five different commentary tracks.
