trying to remove a program

Hello everybody,
I downloaded "Pacific Poker" and now I would like to get rid of it. Wheter I try from add/remove programs in the control panel or unistall from programs I get this message:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft applications. Choose "close" to terminate the application. Can anybody help me remove this program from my computer.

find the files and delete them

Try adaware ( www.lavasoft.de ) or windows defender (http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/), for most spyware those are the most effective.
