H264 .ts capturing

Hi, ive been trying to view or capture an H264 satellite promos which are DVB-S on Hotbird 13e problem is whenever I try to view these transport streams ive ripped they end up jerky.

Ive downloaded over H264 .ts other the net are they are fine.

Anyone able to help?
