Hey, im running winMe, and have the following configuration:
MSI K7T Pro motherboard
AMD Athlon 1.2
256 Meg Kingmax pc 150
IBM 15 gig ATA 100 HD
Matrox millenium g400 MAX video card

Well, i connect through tv-out to my Mitsubishi tv which is 2-3 metres from my computer, and when i play back the movie, there is always a jerkey action every 3-4 seconds, throughout the movie, im using the divx4.02 and media player 6.4 to watch my movies, adn still there is this jerkey movement, otherwise the quality and whatnot is excellent, if it only wasnt for this......
So, does anyone have any ideas or suggjestions to help me out? if would be much appreiciated

Thanks in advance,
Slodki

The jerkiness You experience is most likely caused by playing 23.976fps clips on PAL TV. Right?
For workaround You may try to use fps conversion feature of DivXG400.

As I wrote, install DivXG400 and use its fps conv functionality.

DivXG400 -- everything Matrox user needs for DivX DVDMax playback.

What is a PAL TV? I was also wanting to view my movies using a tv-out video card. I have been making my movies using DivX 4.11 and using 23.976 fps. I have an RCA big screen but I'm not sure if it is a PAL.

PAL is the TV standard widely used in Europe ... unless you bought your TV set there, chances are rather slim you have a PAL set ... yours would be an NTSC set.
