i got this old anime im trying to encode, the problem is it looks like a CAM rip to me, which i think the person who filmed this has an epilepsy or something, the video just keeps shaking a lot. is there a filter to fix that shakiness of the video?

Hi!
You'd probably benefit from RE -reading the rules of these forums and the "ANNOUNCEMENT" at the top of the "Newbies" page here...

iit looks like a CAM rip to methis can be interpreted as a non-legitamate source as defined in the anouncement setarip pointed you to, and as such we cannot offer you any further help on the matter.
if you feel that this is not the case please contact me via pm.

thread re-opened as mla0 has shown that it is a legitamate source.
mla0 - i would highlighy recommend posting a link to a NON-processed orginal source .vob fragment so that any anime encoding gurus out there can try a few scripts to see if they can clean it up.
good luck
