hi, i have a family wedding dvd thats in pal.i would like to convert it to ntsc.what can i use that wont take quality away when i convert it.thanks

Although you can find information in this regard by simply doing a search of these forums for "PAL to NTSC", for something that important, I'd suggest you instead purchase a multi-format DVD player...

Converting PAL to NTSC won't be possible without "quality loss": the audio needs to be slowed down, which means reencode, and the video frame size needs to be changed, which also implies reencode. Although there will be "quality loss", when properly done, it shouldn't be perceptible. There is no "losless way". Having a multiformat player indeed avoids the conversion need.
