Latest Online Firmware for Philips 642/37

Firmware version 0603, files dated June 8, 2005 (not posting date, but date files themselves were last modified). Most recent I have seen available for download online.

I have installed this version in my 642/37 without issue. Slightly improved mpeg4 performance.

Most recent 1109 firmware files date to January, 2005, as does version 0112. Still no online source for 1223. I will keep searching.

Playback is usually smoother, especially with recent XviD encodes. Encodes with older versions of XviD played well with the previous firmware, and continue to after update. DVD performance is unchanged. Haven't experimented with subtitles.
