Sync VobSub using SubResync

I've googled, and Doom9.org searched, but I can't figure out how to resync all the VobSub subtitles using SubResync. I open the IDX in SubResync and adjust the first timing, then save out, but only the timing on 1 track is synced, not the other language tracks.

Only other way I can figure to do all the other tracks is to open subtitles adjust time of track 1, save out. Open adjusted subtitles and adjust track 2, save out and do this over again. This can't be the right way to do it though.

How do you open the VobSub in SubResync and adjust all tracks, then save out the resynced subtitles in one go?

if only adjust for fixed offset, use the Vobsub Cutter instead, enter offset time to Start, then "Save As", all sub streams are adjusted at once.
