Imgburn problem

I am not sure if this is the correct thread, but anyway. I am getting the following error whether i am burning a dvd or cd, just any type of image. This is a screen shot of it. Please help and I apologize if this is the incorrect thread. The application I used is either, Imgburn or Dvd decrypter, I get same error. Both new, and updated.
