can anyone tell me a method for compressing ac3 5.1 448kbps to lower filesizes keeping all the channels there.Itried lowering bitrates to 128 kbps in ac3 encoder but the sound becomes distorted.

if you want a 128 kbps with listenable quality, there are only 2 i can suggest
1. He-AAC
2. WMA Pro
