Firmware 1223 for Philips DVP 642/37

Has anyone, or can anyone extract the 1223 firmware from a Philips 642 series, please? I would appreciate a copy if possible.

I have a 642/37 with original firmware v.1109. I'm curious to know what differences/enhancements are in v.1223...

I have no idea, that is one reason I'd like a copy. From what I understand the last production run of our player comes with version 1223 as standard.

Since 1109 was released in late 2004 I would think there might be some important improvments....or one would hope at any rate.

I've searched extensively for a download somewhere but haven't been able to locate one thus far. So, again I plead on bended Nudnik knees for a copy.

An update:
Based on information gleaned from a bit of digging, it would seem at least anyway, that the 1223 firmware originates December 23, 2004 as opposed to 1109 which originates November 9, 2004. This theory is based on the manner in which Philips lables their firmware, and the fact that by the first part of 2005 some of the 642 series were shipping with 1223 firmware.

Still haven't found a copy to experiment with.
