As the title says what program do u find the best to create a dvd from an avi file.

I have several episodes from tv programs in .avi format, that i want to put onto a dvd so i can play it normally on dvd player.

I have used nero vision and found it easy to use, however the audio is all out of sync :( soo frustration :(

So question is yeah, what program do u think is the best to make a dvd from avi files? any info would be appretiated :)

What software, codecs and procedures did you use to capture the tv programs and create the original .AVIs?

Im not sure what the codecs were as they are some OC episodes for my Girlfriend that i got from a friend. I thought it would be nicer watching the on a TV for her rather than the computer.

as u can see i have posted 4 times so im not really sure what to do? so what do i need to find out? what codec he used?

Is there a program u could recomend to converts avi to dvd format? or something similar where i can import an avi and then build a dvd so it plays on a dvd player?

Once i have a program im fairly handy at figuring out things. So what ur saying is i need to ifnd out the codec so i can then edit that?
