Bug ? Cant use custom matrix with HC OPV mode, or Quenc single pass CQ VBR ?

It only uses customs matrix in normal two-pass vbr mode with either hc or quenc.

I have the latest DVD-RB pro version.

Can I use custom matrix on cce basic 2.70.01.10 ?
or I need to select adaptable matrix

No, you can't change the matrix in CCE Basic, that one of the upgrades with CCE SP

No, custom matrices are not used in OPV. That is because OPV is not based upon bitrate but upon Q. You couldn't as a result select a matrix based upon bitrate -- and not knowing the matrix ahead of time can make the sizing be extremely off in one direction or the other.
