To sync subs , i use Sworkshop and sUBCREATOR.
I load the mp2 or mpa and then i begin streching.
I never had need to sync subs with pictures stream
, only audio stream (much faster)
But now i'm looking for a tool where i can load my ac3 straigt in the program for synching without converting it to mp2 first.
