Hi All,
I'm a bit of an audio newbie, so I apologise in advance if this seems like a stupid question. I need to find some software (Open Source or commercial) that is able to take an AC3 (maybe even DTS) stream from the SPDIF input on my soundcard (M-Audio 2496), and then decode that on the fly and output it to the analog outputs so I can hear it on my PC speakers. I also need to be able to select which channels should be output to the speakers so I can test each channel individually or in combination. Does anybody know of any software that can do this?
Thanks...
