ifoedit opens to blanks screen

Hi..This may be a Windows issue but I don't know how to fix this...when I click on an ifo file, on one of my computers, it opens ifoedit with the file open and ready to work with...when I click on an ifo file with my other computer, ifoedit opens, but to a blank screen and then I have to click the ifoedit open button and navigate ifoedit to where the ifo file is that I want to work on. Has anyone else encountered this and know how to fix this. It is really not hurting anything but is an annoyance. I have searched the forums for this and did not find an answer. Maybe I did not search for the right keywords.

I have had similar problems with IfoEdit, simply because I've closed it when it was maximized in full screen! Try to set it to its normal dimensions, and close it properly (with the "Quit" button.)

If that doesn't help, you should also verify the command line to launch it. Go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> File Types tab, select the IFO entry and click on "Advanced" (or on Restore, then Advanced), then double-click on the Open entry.
The Application used to perform the action line should be something like that:
"C:\Program Files\IfoEdit\IfoEdit.exe" "%1"
Verify that the %1 and the quotes are present!
Also, untick the Use DDE checkbox.
