Hi I made my own DVD Menu using DVD Architect but the size was too large to fit on my SL-DVD. I can use also architect to compress the size or IC8 it works perfectly or DVD-Shrink but I prepared cinemacraft using dvd-rb because of the superior quality. But after rebuilding it. The DVD menu it doesn’t work I don’t know why? I’m shock why DVD-RB couldn’t do it. I’m not saying that dvd-rb is bad, I love DVD-RB after using it many times I can’t say nothing but a prestigious program.

I've used it on many, many self-authored DVDs. I do a lot of conversions of realtime DV video to MPEG at high bitrates and then use DVD-RB/CCE to reduce it for DVD-5... are you sure the source is clean? Sometimes there can be problems that aren't obvious.

Yes! sure the source is 100% clean I test it on simulation via DVD Architect end prepared for DVD-Video I use IC8 to reduce the size and no problem I play it on my DVD stand alone Player and everything are fine.
Here is a template of the menu that I made from DVD Architect I did not include the A/V source because its too big to ul and it's not good to do so. You can replace A/V source by a dummy A/V source of your own or just (Ignore all missing file and leave them offline) but I think it is best if you replace bye other A/V source so you can see it what the problems are.
This is the template:

About DVD-RB I want to make a request from you for a feature idea is it possible for DVD-Rb to make the video source in Divx for later rebuilding so later I can convert again to entire DVD with the menu included. The only purpose is that the rebuilded DVD will be smaller size to backup done entire size of DVD-5. For example I have 2 DVD I want to buck it up to 1 DVD all menus end extra are included but then I just need to rebuild it again. When I want to play one of the DVD.
Tnx!

huh??
if you want to combine dvds, use dvdremake to combine them, then dvd-rb to shrink to fit to a dvd5

No man you don't get the picture here what I mean is that when dvd-rb creates backup the temp files are too large all in mpv file for rebuilding. What I'm asking is that the video and audio only to convert but the menu are preserved for later rebuilding. In this way you can fit 3 or more whole DVD in one DVD-5. But yes of course you can't play it until you rebuild it again to DVD. This is only a feature proposition.
Joining 2 DVD in one is not a problem there are lots of way it can be done but don't forget the quality is very important.

I'd actually thought about writing something like that as an "add-on" package -- but using an AVC codec instead. DivX (standard MPEG-4) isn't really efficient enough. With AVC, though, you could keep 100% of the original quality and probably get a 4 to 1 compression.
It would be slow, though.... the AVC codecs haven't matured much in terms of speed like DivX has.
All it would really take is a package like ECLPRO/ECLCCE that calls another encoding package. The results could be packaged together. I guess using that strategy you wouldn't even have to specify the codec beforehand.
