Hi,
I am using one mp3 decoder which converts .mp3 to AIFF formated file. Now i have written an application which takes input as file and gives it to sound driver. I have UDA1341 codec on my board.
Now when i am giving that AIFF formated file as an input, my application is not playing it. And when i am giving any .wav file as an input, it plays very well.
So is it codec dependant? Is it such that some codec play only .wav file? I am also not getting its datasheet ..Can anyone help me? What should I do if I want to use same decoder and want to play a file.
