Is there a website that tells you the runtime of a TV show, sans-commercials, BEFORE it airs?

Dunno about a website, but from personal experience I've noticed many 1 hour long primetime programs are 42 minutes without commercials.

Yeah it's anywhere between 41 and 44 minutes, sometimes 45. I was hoping for something more precise.. Oh well.
