I want to add new subtitles to a dvd movie. There are allready 4 subtitles with wide and letterbox mode (so all together 8 subtitle streams). In what way must I modify my own subtitles to fit correct into movie (for wide and letterbox)? What are the right settings for subtitles in SubtitleCreator (which I use for creating sup file)?
And movie is PAL, if that make any difference.

Make your subs as PAL with SC. You get 1 file.(2 subs 2 files and so on)
When you mux with muxman you chose wich kind of subs you wish(wide and LB) clicking the buttons to the right.
That's it....

Thanks for answering, but aren't there any special settings in SC fot letterboxed and wide subtitles? I'm not sure that is enough to create two exact copies and mark one for wide and other for lb in muxman.

You don't make 2 copies with SC, only 1 per sub.
Muxman will make 2 streams out of it (per sub)
(and believe that's what I've been doing since Muxman came out)
