Can't load TextSub, Plugins conflict

I've been having problems with TextSub recently. I try to load a script (which contained a textsub line) and it works, but when it comes to saving the file VirtualDubMod (same thing with Recode) crash. I'm positive there is some plugin conflict going on here. Here is the list of stuff I presently have in my folder:

I never enountered crashes with vsfiler, unless you use ass files with \clip commands with vector drawings that use more than 4 coordinates in it (but I somehow doubt you're using such a file ;) ) Of what nature is the crash? Just exiting, dialogue box with error etc?

In Vdub whenever the file starts saving vdub crashes. On Nero Recode, the AVS file takes forever to Analyze and then crashes Recode.

I think TPRIVTC is creating this conflict, but I need both of them on my script, and it has never created any problems like this before. Why would it be making all this fuss just suddenly?

I narrowed it down to this, and it still isn't working:

Remove that dll from your autoload folder - this should be explicitly loaded only when needed and after all other dll's have been loaded - it is used to load v2.0 plugins into v2.5

EDIT: Vdub works! I was using job control, and that still doesn't work, but saving the file directly works. Recode still doesn't work though...
