nope, you'll need a muxer, you could use muxman.
personally i use pgcdemux to demux, subtitle creator to get the subtitles to sup, Muxman to author the demuxed files, Vobblanker to replace the muxed vts to the origianl one, and batchupdateiso to 'tell' the dvd about the new subtitle.
guides are lots, just search.

nope, you'll need a muxer, you could use muxman.I agree, MuxMan is the best choice. But IfoEdit, which T3NAX mentioned as one of the four apps, will do, too (the DVD author function in IfoEdit)...

T3NAX, about guides. As I previously replied to the p.m. you sent me, there's a quite good .pdf guide included in the SubtitleCreator archive when you download it...
