I 've just converted a DVD to VCD and the output file was 849 mb. i wantedeit on 2 cd's. how do i do this if the Kbit\sec has to be 1995.9 (becuase it's not SVCD).?? or do i have to make 2 cd's with 425 mb used on each?? if i can't make 2 cd's. is there a way to make it on one??? i'm using Flask with bbmpeg encoder.

How much you can put on a VCD doesn't depend on size, it depends on time so if you use 80min CDR's and your movie is 80mins or under, then it will fit. If you have to split it into two, you don't have to spilt it exactly in half - you can cut where-ever you want - preferably on a scene change. The bitrate of you movie has nothing to do where you split the VCD.
