Is there any way to force intra-frame only operation in xvid?

Just for curiousity sake, I wanted to compare intraframe mpeg4 vs intraframe mpeg2 vs dv.

Intra-frame mpeg4 is a valid format according to fraunhofer whitepapers.

If it provides higher compressability than dv, it would make an excellent editing format.

Maximum I-frame interval (gop size) of 1 or 0 would be the first place I'd look.

Thanks for the tips! I'll post back if I come up with any interesting results.
