Burning DVD+R DL with DVDLabPro + DVD Decrypter

I would like to know these 2 softwares are enough for me to burn a DVD+R DL that can play a standalone player.

Use PgcEdit and ImgBurn - thats all!

I will use DVDLab Pro to author and output to ISO. Use PgcEdit to set layer break and ImgBurn to burn.

Is this a correct step ?
