authotring + idx & sub

Hello

Is there any authoring program, that can add subtitles in idx+sub format to DVD?
I know that dvdlab can deal with srt and ssa, but not with idx+sub .

sub/idx is image-based, it is possible to quickly convert to sup (IFOEdit, MuxMan), sst (Scenarist, MuxMan) and son (DVDMaestro).

You can convert to srt using SubRip (requires OCR).

I probably should have mentioned that...;o

I use vsconv.exe (the original by gabest) for sst/son and vsconv.exe (modified one by D3s7) for sup.

SubRip should also support extraction to sst/son.
