Well ... I had used that method to "insert" selectable subs in divx movie to watch at my phillips 642k player (This player supports xvid and divx).

I got the all necessary programs (2bmtp ,FuseX and srt2bmp) , the process ocurred fine , and less than 15 minutes , All was already done :D , resulting in a Divx file with subtitle "mixed" with film.

So, I burned in to a cd-rw , inserted in player and at first glance , it looked working fine :D , the subs were showing fine , but after 5 or 10 minutes later , the film starts to choke ,and the sound get out of the synch , like delaying the voice ... :(

I notice also one other thing , when I jump the frame , it occurs the same thing ... it lost synch either ....

What shoul I done ?? Shoul i use Virtualdub and Insert the subs , re-encoding the whole film ?? I would not like to do this , because it takes a lot much time for me .

And how comes FuseX muxes the subs without recompressing the video?? That's simply impossible... I don't know what you did but to embed subs video must be recompressed here and in China.

Use VirtualDub better.
