Hi all,
don't know if I'm in the right place but here goes. I have some video files made with "WINRAR" and have opened them, and I now have a "MDF" file. can anyone tell me how to burn it please?

I'm not sure but I guess that you can mount it using Daemon Tools ...

WinRAR doesn't "make" video files, it's a compression tool similar to WinZip. Perhaps you should contact the creator of the original files to find out what to do with them.

MDF files are image files like ISO files but they are generated with Alcohol Software.

You can open with Alcohol 120% or PowerIso.

Sorry, I know what Winrar is but the files were put into Winrar format.

I've tried Alcohol, but it does not recognise it.

Hi!

Surely, since you created these video files and the "MDF" file and then compressed them using WinRar, you must know what the "MDF" file is and how to use it...

I didn't say that I created them!

Then you say you downloaded them.

perhaps winrar is seeing it as a rar file. I've had that happen before. See if it will unrar then try it with a alcohol 120 demo.

if it does not work then perhaps the mdf was made incorrectly depending on what its an image of, or it is corrupted for some reason.
