violation at address in dvddecrypter exe

Hi, i just bought lady & the tramp new 2 disc addition.when try to back it up i get 2 errors in dvddecrypter.but if i put any other dvd in dvdecrypter reads them & able to decrypt but lady & the tramp it wont even read the dvd. here are the errors i get, anybody have this prob or can help thanks in advance :)
1. Access violation at address 004f5b in module dvddecrypter.exe read of address 0000292c.
2.Interface thread runtime exception! message = Eaccess violation Do what =4.

I'm not familiar with those errors. I ripped it using AnyDVD, and DVDShrink. No problems at all.

As I think of it, you might have a defective disc.
