never seen any floating around. Subtitle processor was pretty easy to use for me always. Not so easy as Subtitle Workshop (http://www.urusoft.net/products.php?cat=sw&lang=1) but It has problems with Polish language signs (shortcuts for program funnction uses same key combinations as some letters L + alt for example.)
