Sorry if this is not the right place for this topic.

I have a DivX avi file with sound, and I want to add another audio stream and subtitles.
the primary audio stream (Spanish) is 64 Kbps monoaurial mp3 while the second stream (Japanese) is 128 Kbps Stereo mp3.
Notes: If I save to AVI, both streams plays at the same time.
I tryed with Vdub MOD and with nandub.

- If I move the Spanish stream first and the jap stream second (then subtitles in the third place):
Spanish and subtitles work. If I select Jap, the video stops, there's no audio present and If I scroll the video, I can see the frames but no movement.

- If I move the Japanese stream first and the Spanish stream second (then subs):
Japanese and subtitles work. If I select spanish, the video and audio runs very fast. I read the OGM FAQ, but Its kinda stupid to enlarge a crappy Monoaurial sound (filesize matters!) OR crunch a nice and clear stereo audio.

What should I do?

I use MPClassic, VobSub, Haali media splitter?
Thanks a lot for your help!!

AVI and dual-audio is no winning combo, especially with softsubs, you always end up with issues like this. Try a container made for it, like mkv or mp4, and they'll all go away. :p

you need a stream switcher filter, eg mpc has one inbuilt

Another stream switcher available for download is the "Morgan Stream Switcher"...
