Is there any particular reason the settings in file mode do NOT have, "Remove IFO PUOs" and "Remove VOB PUOs" checked on by default?

IOW, can there be negative consequences to having DVDD automatically remove those things when ripping?

Does DVDD remove macrovision when ripping (in either file or iso mode) as DVD Shrink does (well Shrink has the option in its' settings)
