Problem with mkvmerge

Hi I just encoded video and audio sperately but when I try to merge those 2 files with mkvtool It gets stuck on 98% and I get an error " MP4Box.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. " does't anyone know where could be the problem ?

well it means your not using mkvmerge. your making a mp4 using mp4box. it's possible your using a bad version of mp4box. to make a mkv you need to select mkv or use mkvmerge not mp4box.
