I use Belight to encode my files to aac+v2. I think there is a mistake in your photo. Version 2 (aac+sbr+ps) is only up to 48 kbps... Then it automatically switches to version 1 (with sbr but without PS). At least that's what Belight does.
Perhaps I'm wrong...
In addition, you can use Belight for so many conversions and so much tweaking, that it's worth downloading it.
Good job though...

AAC PS doesn't work at 64kbps...
range is 48kbps and bellow. You can safely set default at 32kbps and low at 24kbps.
AAC PS at 64kbps will be HE.

AAC PS at 64kbps will be HE. ??
AAC FAQ (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=68300#post424070)
There is LC and HE AAC.
LC means "low complexity" and HE means "high efficiency".
http://www.codingtechnologies.com/products/aacPlus.htm
So HE AAC+SBR (aac plus (v1))
and
HE AAC+SBR+PS (aac plus (v2))
are both HE AAC, but indeed PS only will go active on 48 or lower bitrates, when you enable it ;)
And sure as hell AAC+SBR+PS at 48kbps is awesome, you get full channels audio over just one channel :) *click* (http://www.codingtechnologies.com/products/paraSter.htm)
Edit:
Oh yeah, what winamp version encoder did you include?
Winamp 5.2 ([enc_aacplus] Coding Technologies aacPlus encoder v7.2.0a (http://files.x264.nl/enc_aacplus.dll))?

@bob0r
LC --> HE --> PS
There are no PS above 48kbps, so it will be HE with no parametric stereo. Reread what I posted and it will make sense.

Nop, you say AAC + PS and 64kbps will be HE
But AAC+SBR+PS and AAC+SBR _both_ are HE!
only PS(a part of HE) can be used with 48 or lower kbps bitrate :)

AAC PS at 64kbps will be HE.
HE as in NOT PS...
AAC LC + SBR = AAC HE
AAC HE + PS = AAC PS
at 64kbps, you can't do PS so it will be HE. How hard is that to understand?

Do yo mean following "fomula"?
LC - AAC = AAC
HE - AAC = AAC + SBR (CT aacPlus v1)
and also
HE - AAC includes of AAC + SBR + PS (CT aacPlus v2, 48kbps & below)
AAC+SBR+PS and AAC+SBR _both_ are HE!
And therefore AAC+SBR+PS is consider HE - AAC?

Yup
SBR and PS are both part of HE AAC, as HE stands for "high efficiency", and that has a reason, because both SBR and PS are very effecient.
Both LC and HE (read the faq?) are profiles, there is no MPEG-4 AAC PS profile.

Both LC and HE (read the faq?) are profiles, there is no MPEG-4 AAC PS profile.So, the AAC HE + PS is called AAC HE v2?

AAC have three profiles: LC,HE,PS
LC is AAC aslo called LC-AAC
HE is AAC+SBR aslo called HE-AAC,aacPlus v1
PS is AAC+SBR+PS aslo called HE-AAC,aacPlus v2
LC is good @ =>160kbs
HE is good @ <=128kbs
PS is good only @ <=48kbs and can be used above 48kbs
is that hard to understand

What about 128-160kbps? Is nothing good there? :sly:

No. In this range good is both LC and HE but better use LC.
