How to enter a negative time in subrip?

Hi, I need to rip in bmp format the subtitles from a DVD. I need them to start 1 sec before.

How can I to enter a -1 sec in last time code? The program doesn't allow it

Isn't that possible?

If you mean shifting back all the subtitles by 1 second, all you have to do is use the time correction options, and click the "Minus" checkbox in the "Time offset" group.
