Hi !

Using VDubMod 1.5.10.2 I cannot open more than a single .vob of a ripped DVD,
I can select "Open Video File" and have the small "automatically load linked
segments" option ticket, but only the selected .vob is loaded.

Unfortunately I want to convert a part of the video at the end of the first vob,
overlapping to the second .vob (which is not in vdub, understand...?)

Question:
How can I load more than one vob (or complete DVD!!) into VDubMod ??

Thanks for your help ! :thanks:

Options:

1. Re-rip it, telling your ripper to make a single VOB.

2. Binary concatenate the two VOBs into one.

3. Use DGMPGDec, which can seamlessly load multiple VOBs.

As far I know there are only two solution.
1.Easy:
Convert each VOB file separate and then join all (avi) files in VDubMod.
2.Not so easy:
Get AviSynth and mpeg2 filter/plugin (Nics MPEGdecoder or DGdecoder). AviSynth is great tool, but you must be prepared to learn how to use it.

If you convert to DivX (and you wish to convert more than one VOB at once), then I recommend DrDivX v1.06.

Used neuron2īs second option: Merged the files via File-manager...

Never thought of this possibility, thank you ! :)

Further to the suggestion to Re-rip it, telling your ripper to make a single VOB. - Presuming that you have the rip of the full DVD "package" (.IFOs, .BUPs, .VOBs) already on your harddrive, use SmartRipper, set to rip as ONE .VOB and rip the "movie only". This will be MUCH faster than re-ripping your original, purchased DVD...
