Nero .cue files 5.5.6.4

I just tried the new version 5.5.6.4 (release Dec 4th) since it says supports .cue files. I know one could choose All files before. As far as I'm concerned it DOES not properly burn .cue sheets. I see absolutely no difference in what it burnt compared to DiscJuggler (choose All files and burn the .bin). It does NOT burn multitracks evidently, thus no title picture, change cd picture, nor chapters.
Unless someone can say Nero works for them (chapters work) I'm taking it out of the newbie FAQ since it's no different than discjuggler.
example .cue file below
FILE "C:\bins\CD_Image_File_CD0.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 MODE2/2352

Well, that is the first thing I did try with Nero 5564 on my Plex1210A, burn on CDRW a cue/bin SVCD generated by DVD2SVCD 1.04b2 and in short it works very well for me now: title picture, chapters and disc change picture (in the right order).
The previous Nero versions did screw the first two chapters and the title picture was not available, so I was using Fireburner (it supports 90min CDR as well).
Now I think I will stick with Nero as trusty burning software.
By the way, I tested the SVCD on a standalone DVD player Tokai/Raite 715S.

I have tried several things just to get the fast forward function to work. CDRWIN is not yet compatible with my drive nor is Fireburner so I'm stuck with Nero. I've tried burning the mpegs and letting Nero make the SVCD's I've tried selecting the Cues and selecting the Bins. The only thing that seems to work is using Nero 5.5.1.1 and selecting the bin file directly, and even that is hit and miss. I haven't tried VDXBuild yet I've been using VCD Image. My next try is going to be an older version of DVD2SVCD. ANy suggestions on which I should try?

What I do with bin cue files:
I use Daemon from here: http://www.daemon-tools.com/
It is a small utility that makes a "phantom" CD drive to which it mounts the bin-cue file. Nero sees it as another CD drive, and I use the CD Copy option. Simple!
Works every time, every Nero version, without any fail (so far...)
Works under every Windows version.

Sounds interesting. I'm downloading now. One thing though I have actually used the disc copy function of Nero to copy fully functional VCD's and the result was a coaster. Makes me a little leary of this method, but as I said I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Great. The instmsia.exe windows installer from that site is infected with the w32.sircam worm. And it is reccommende on the site that you install it. Great site!!

According to Norton Antivirus 2002, virus definitions 6/12/2001 it is not. Just to be on the safe side, as I had DLed Daemon more than two months ago, I downloaded again most of the software from that site and double checked it. No virus.
And to be on the safe-safe side, I downloaded the fixsirc.com, from Symantec's site and did a scanning of my PC afterwars. Still nothing.
The forum there is quite active (latest postings 10/12), but no virus (nor worm) alarm has been posted.
Anyway, sorry for any alarm I may have caused, but I still say Daemon solves all my bin/cue problems.
P.S. @ratcat
As one can never be too sure with viruses, what Antivirus software did you use?

Sorry for the mix-up. The virus is not the Daemon. Go to Downloadz, Utilities, instmsia.exe. It is the Windows installer that is said to be required to install Daemon Tools 2.60 and later. It's definitely Sircam, I verified the registry keys were created on my computer myself.

well you should download that install directly from microsoft.com who writes that installer.
btw I'm not so harsh about Nero anymore...seems to work with .cue .bin just winDVD won't show the chapters when burnt with Nero unlike other cd-burning software. DVD standalone will do chapters when burnt with Nero which is the main concern I had.
