Hi to all!
I have a big problem with Scenarist 3.0.
I have a menu with 2 overlapped buttons and I have made the subpicture. By default the Display color is 60% white opacity, the Selection Color is 0% opacity and the Action Color is 53% orange opacity. I've setup the overlapped buttons with 2 differente color mapping (button 1 with color mapping 1 and button 2 with color mapping 2). The main problem is that I can change separately the color for Selection and Action Color but I cannot change the Display color. For Example if I change the Display Color for the Color Mapping 1 it change automatically the Display Color for the Color Mapping 2. With this "problem" the overlapped buttons clearly cannot work. Any ideas? Thanks!

The "display" color is common to all buttons, and is defined in the subpicture itself. Only "selection" and "action" can be defined for the three mapping groups. The overlapping button trick does not require different "display" colors.

Since I've buttons that are a circle with a character inside I've choose to make the display color white with a bit of transparency and a 100% trasparency for the selected character... but with the overlapped buttons I've encountered the problems that with one button selected the overlapped change into a small amount of color (the overlapped selection)

@mp3dom

I don't know how to do it in Scenarist, but in this Thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=756971#post756971) you will find a short explanation and some examples of overlapped buttons created with MuxMan and PgcEdit.

Maybe it can help to solve your Scenarist problem.
