Before anything else: I use dvd2svcd for several months and created
multiple good conversions on my machine (AMD 1.3 and Win 2000)
(I use smartripper 2.40, Standalone SVCD subtitles)
But here is the problem:
Last week I converted three movies with a subtitle problems:
- It misses half of the subtitles.
The funny part is you have two times the same language(dif. stream)
("nederlands" =dutch ) in the subtitle preview screen.
(Walt Disney: emperor's new groove.)
- Subtitle go out of sync (5 minutes no subtitles, then
they start again.... but 5 minutes to late...)
(Day of the Jackal)
- Subtitles only half of them but in the preview window
They look like very small, almost dots....
(Last Run)
The problem is that I only have the DVD for one day.
My questions are :
Am I the only one ?
Could it because of a strange internationalization of
my windows 2000 ( "," instead of "." in some places)
(I had it before with another program some years ago.)
If I have it again, what do I need to check, and wich
debugging info could be usefull
Sparcky (Wishing to have constructive conversation about this.)
