MP4 to DVD with subtitles and original chapters

Is there such a GUI ? demuxing streams creating selectable subtitles from ttxt and chapter points? AAC5.1 to AC3 5.1 etc

I've not seen anything... but it would be useful. I have a lot of mp4 files I keep on my PC but it would be nice to have a app to easily convert it to DVD (complete with subtitles and chapters etc.) so I can burn a copy to watch on my DVD player.

It's supposed to go from avi/mp4 to dvd and uses CCE to encode, which is great

I haven't tried it yet. I'm tryin it out now

And Yes, it supports subtitles - permanent and selectable
