Is someone familiar with this warning.

What causes it? How to fix it?

It means your disk is damaged - the file system can not even be read.

Thank you blutach! You were right, I have found out that the file system wasnt correct.

Is this a DVD you created or a purchased, pressed, commercial DVD?

Can you see the DVD's content in Windows Explorer?
